Applicants must meet general qualification requirements including good character, having no felony convictions, having never been convicted of a misdemeanor for a drug-related offense, and being at least 21 years of age. Licensed physicians that make patient recommendations are not eligible. A cultivation center owner may only register for one (1) cultivation center.
