To access our products with a Medical Cannabis Card, follow these steps:

1. Register with MMCC & Pay the Fee.
2. Find a Certifying Physician & Get a Certification.
3. Wait for Approval & Receive Your Medical Cannabis Card.
4. Visit Our Dispensary to Purchase Medical Cannabis Products.

Once you have completed the registration process with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) and obtained your Medical Cannabis Card, you can visit our dispensary to purchase medical cannabis products.

As of July 1, 2023, you no longer need a medical card to purchase from us. Both medical and non-medical customers are welcome to buy our products. However, please note that our medical patients take priority in service. Non-medical cardholders will be assessed a tax of 9% on their purchases.

The amount of Medical Cannabis you are allowed to purchase per month is determined by your physician when you receive your Medical Cannabis card through the State of Maryland. To find the specific amount allotted to you, please log in to your MD OneStop account on Home | Maryland OneStop (md.gov). Your prescribed monthly allowance will be available in your account.

As a recreational customer, you can purchase cannabis or cannabis products from our licensed dispensary if you are 21 years or older and display a government-issued photo ID at the point-of-sale (e.g., driver’s license, state ID card, passport/passport card, military ID, tribal card). The maximum quantity you can purchase for personal use is as follows:

• Up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower (including joints and pre-rolls).
• Up to 12 grams of concentrated cannabis (vape products).
• A total amount of edible cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg THC.

Please note that these limits are set by law, and you can make your purchase accordingly. If you have any questions or need further clarification, our team will be happy to assist you.

During your first visit to our dispensary, you can expect the following process:

1. Check-In: Upon arrival, you will be required to show your government-issued ID at check-in. Our receptionist will scan the ID to verify its validity. Rest assured that your information is not stored or shared with any government entity. This step is solely to confirm your ID’s validity for entry into the dispensary.

2. ID Verification for Transaction: To begin your transaction, you will need to show your ID again. This step is mandated by state law and helps ensure compliance with legal requirements.

3. Product Selection: Once verified, you can explore our range of products and choose what you want to purchase.

4. Checkout: After making your selection, proceed to the checkout process.

5. Exit: With your purchase completed, you can exit the dispensary.

As a general policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products due to the nature of the cannabis industry. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns with your purchase, please let us know. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and if any unforeseen issues arise, we will do our best to address and resolve them promptly. We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

1. Debit Card: There is a $3.00 fee for debit card transactions.
2. Credit Card: A 5.9% transaction fee applies to credit card payments.
3. Cash: Cash payments are accepted at our dispensary.
4. Dutchie Pay: Utilize Dutchie Pay for a cashless payment option.

Please note that we do not accept tap or Apple Pay methods. However, an ATM is available on the premises for your cash needs. For a seamless and secure cashless experience, you can use Dutchie Pay for your purchases.
