Medical patients are automatically VIP.
Active medical patients do not need to qualify through the monthly top-20% selection. Medical status automatically includes Main Street Flower Club VIP access.

Do I need to create a new loyalty account?
Existing members should continue using the same contact information connected to their current Mary & Main loyalty profile. When using the app, log in with the same credentials provided in store.
What happens if my points do not look right?
Let a Mary & Main team member know during your next visit. We can review your loyalty profile and help correct eligible point balances or account issues.
Can I redeem points during my first visit?

How do I become a Flower Club VIP member?
Keep shopping, earning, and engaging with the loyalty program. Beginning August 1, the top 20% of loyalty members will receive Main Street Flower Club VIP status each month based on continued loyalty. Medical patients are automatically enrolled as VIP members.
